Natalya rushed over to the window and searched fruitlessly for Rex. All she saw in the forest were a few scavenging birds and an overwhelming maze of trees.

Swallowing anxiously, she called out, “Rex?”

Her voice echoed unnervingly in the empty cabin as she dared to open the front door. Was he playing some kind of game with her? Why would he abandon her in his own home after the addictive passion they had shared? With every moment of his absence, Natalya felt a heat gather between her legs as she longed to feel him inside of her again. The soreness last night was just temporary, and now she felt in full bloom.

“Rex?” She shouted again, stepping outside the door and looking frantically around her.

From afar, the sound of an axe grinding down on a slab of wood filled the cool morning air. She listened expectantly and began walking in the direction of the chopping. A quarter of a mile away, she found Rex pulverizing a tree with his axe. He was shirtless and magnificent, just the way she had discovered him yesterday.

“Rex,” she said imploringly. “Why did you leave me alone in the cabin?”

The woodcutter turned and slammed the axe on the forest floor. “Why did you follow me out here, Natalya?”

“Because I want you…” she said softly as his face twitched with restrained desire. “And I thought you wanted me too.”

“Of course I do. I just didn’t want to be too demanding of your body. You seemed so drained last night,” he said with a mixture of compassion and raw need.

She smiled sweetly and assured him, “I’m just not used to that kind of passion. But I’m like new this morning. And I want you right now. Take me right here in the forest.”

In a single motion, he whipped the blanket from her body, leaving her naked under his perusal. His eyes never leaving her body, he lay the blanket on a bed of leaves and pine needles.

Belligerently, she grabbed the blanket and knotted it into a ball. Throwing the ball under a tree, she said, “I want to feel nothing but your body and the earth. I don’t need a blanket. I need you inside of me. If it’s rough, all the better.”

Triumphantly, he grabbed her and explored her body with impatient hands, relearning the luscious curves he had just discovered last sunset. Her breasts stood up proudly in the dawn light, and he molded them in his hands, pinching the rosebuds on top and kissing her lips as he did so.

Laughing, she snatched her lips away and walked in the other direction, tossing a seductive wink over her shoulder. He watched in excitement as she stopped at a towering evergreen tree and placed her palms against the trunk. Standing with her ankles apart and sticking her buttocks in the air, she silently invited him to take her in this position.

Breathlessly, he came up behind her and grazed her delicate neck with his teeth as he entered her from behind.
